50 new cases of COVID-19 infection detected

According to the headquarters, out of 50 new cases of the disease, three are imported, 47 are contact cases. 18 people have been hospitalized, 32 are being treated at home.

26 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Kazan. In Naberezhnye Chelny, 10 new cases were detected, four in the Tukaevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, two in Laishevsky, one each in Aksubaevsky, Zainsky, Zelenodolsky, Leninogorsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky, Nurlatsky and Chistopolsky districts.

In total, 951,273 people were vaccinated in Tatarstan (an increase of 7,010), of which 778,937 received a second vaccination.

In RUSSIA, 20,992 people were infected per day, the operational headquarters said. The total number of cases exceeded 6.7 million. 5.9 million people recovered (20.3 thousand per day), more than 174.4 thousand died (plus 785 per day).
