45 new cases of COVID-19 infection detected

According to the headquarters, out of 45 new cases of the disease, four are imported, the rest are contact cases. 16 people have been hospitalized, 29 are being treated at home.

28 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Kazan. In Naberezhnye Chelny, six new cases were detected, four in the Zelenodolsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, two in Baltasinsky, one each in Arsky, Atninsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Kukmorsky and Pestrechinsky regions.

A total of 973,126 people were vaccinated in Tatarstan (an increase of 6,450 per day), of which 805,698 received a second vaccination.

In RUSSIA, 19,536 people were infected per day, the operational headquarters said. The total number of cases exceeded 6.8 million. More than 6 million people recovered (19.6 thousand per day), more than 178.4 thousand died (plus 809 per day).
