The introduction of vitamin C intravenously has a positive effect on the body's fight against CORONAVIRUS. This is reported by The Telegraph newspaper, citing scientists from New Zealand.
According to Anita Carr from the University of Otago, those patients who took vitamin C increased blood oxygen levels and decreased markers of inflammation.
Vitamin C is 70% more effective than placebo. The effective dose is 6 to 24 g intravenously.
