Sobyanin revealed a model for introducing restrictions due to CORONAVIRUS
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, in an interview with RBC, said that the main factor in making decisions on the introduction or removal of coronavirus restrictions in the capital is the occupancy of hospital beds.
Approximately 23,000 beds have been mobilized in Moscow to treat coronavirus patients, the mayor said. If they are filled by 2/3 - this serves as a signal about the need for restrictions. And in May-June such measures were taken. “This was not a general lockdown, rather, local measures. And as soon as we saw that there was a decline in the incidence, we began to withdraw these beds from circulation, return planned medical care and cancel restrictive measures, ”Sobyanin explained.
