Eliminated the road

The liquidation of the railway in Perm, which served for the delivery of goods, became the basis for initiating an antimonopoly case.

Several companies addressed the Perm OFAS Russia with a complaint against the actions of JSC "Reductor-PM". The applicants transport industrial cargo from Bakharevka station to industrial warehouses on non-public railway tracks leased from JSC Reduktor-PM (part of the Russian Helicopters holding), located at 105 Geroev Khasan Street in Perm.

In May, the owner of the tracks notified his counterparties of the refusal to further lease the tracks to them and proceeded to dismantle the infrastructure. According to the press service of the regional OFAS, the plans for the development and improvement of the territory of the enterprise became the justification. As a result of the actions of JSC "Reductor-PM", the activities of organizations for the transportation of goods turned out to be paralyzed. More details - follow the link.
