In the Kuban, the hotel assets of the Biblio-Globus tour operator are being liquidated

LLC "BG Olginka" and LLC "BG Fisht", controlled by the founder of the tour operator "Biblio-Globus" Alexander Tugolukov, have entered the stage of liquidation. The information is published in the SPARK database.

The decision to liquidate was made by legal entities in February-March 2022. Anna Stashkova has been appointed liquidator of both companies.

According to RBC Company, BG Olginka and BG Fisht were registered in Sochi in March 2021. The structures are engaged in activities to provide other places for temporary residence. The beneficiary of both legal entities is businessman Alexander Tugolukov, co-founder of one of the largest Russian tour operators Biblio-Globus.

The structures were created for hotel projects in the Krasnodar Territory, Kommersant reports. According to a source familiar with the businessman's plans, interest in locations remains, but projects have been put on hold, including due to difficulties in assessing economic models in a crisis.

In 2021, the publication reported that Biblio-Globus could receive land plots from the bankrupt Gamma Hotel in the village of Olginka, Tuapse District. The press service of the municipality of RBC Krasnodar said that nothing has been heard about the investor since April 2021, and the Gamma Hotel is still closed.

So far, the businessman's structures have implemented the project of the Olenevka Village hotel complex in Crimea. In 2020, it became known about the plans of Alexander Tugolukov to build a hotel with 700 rooms at the Arkhyz resort, as well as a hotel in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region. However, the company "Kurort Raushen", created for these purposes, also passed the stage of liquidation.

RBC Krasnodar sent a request to Biblio-Globus; at the time of publication, no response was received.
