In December 2019, the defendants, using the details and settlement account of Selkhozprod LLC, submitted fictitious documents to the Department of the Federal Treasury for the Novosibirsk Region about allegedly completed work on the repair of a granary and a livestock complex owned by the head of the peasant farm and located in the village of Kokoshino, Chulymsky district.

Sichkarev was sentenced to 4 years of probation. Later, the deputy filed a complaint, but the Novosibirsk Regional Court upheld the verdict.
