
Residents of Tyva and Chechnya are less likely to take antidepressants than others, analysts of the Chestny Znak digital marking system came to this conclusion based on the results of a study (RBC has it).
The experts analyzed the demand for antidepressants in different regions of Russia in terms of the number of permanent residents.
The smallest number of users of such drugs was recorded in the Republic of Tyva, where approximately one person out of 172 takes them, followed by the Chechen Republic, where every 120th takes antidepressants; from the research results.

The leaders in the consumption of antidepressants, according to the analysis, was Moscow, where every eighth person is treated for depression, St. Petersburg and the Moscow Region — every ninth. The five "depressed regions" also included the Kaluga and Rostov regions.
Analysts noted that almost 90 thousand participants are registered in the drug labeling system, of which 438 are manufacturers.
According to VTsIOM, the number of people who consider themselves happy has decreased in Russia over the past six months. According to the center, in April, 83% of Russians called themselves happy. Of these, 37% called themselves definitely happy, and another 46% said they were rather happy. 14% of respondents consider themselves unhappy to some extent, 4% found it difficult to answer.
