MINSK . Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov told reporters about the prospects for creating joint projects between the business circles of Belarus and Uzbekistan during a business meeting, BELTA reports. 
According to the chairman of the BelCCI, among the important topics for discussing the business of the two countries is the possible creation of joint dairy plants on the territory of Uzbekistan. “In addition, Uzbekistan has a desire to create a large trading house to promote its products. First of all, of course, vegetables and fruits of its own production. In this regard, finding a site for creating a trading house is one of the tasks that will be discussed today with the Uzbek side,” said Mikhail Myatlikov.   
He added that the acquaintance of business representatives from the two countries during visits to Belarusian enterprises will make 
it possible to enter into joint projects in industry. 
“Industrial cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan will give a new impetus to bilateral development. Our MEAT and dairy products , 
agricultural machinery , furniture and more are very popular in Uzbekistan . In turn, 
Uzbekistan supplies us with 
fruits and dried fruits, vegetables, copper for industry,” summed up Mikhail Myatlikov .    
The meeting was organized to expand bilateral business ties, establish and deepen contacts between representatives of Belarusian and Uzbek enterprises, as well as organizations. At the end of the plenary part, business representatives from the two countries will hold B2B negotiations and discuss specific projects for further mutually beneficial cooperation. Representatives of more than 100 organizations, industry departments and enterprises take part in the event from the Uzbek side, and more than 170 business representatives from the Belarusian side.
