Logoisk district is located in the northern part of the Minsk region. On an area of 238 thousand hectares there are 317 settlements, home to 38.5 thousand people. What does Logoischina breathe today? We asked this and other questions to the Chairman of the Logoisk District Executive Committee, Alexander Lasevich.

– Alexander Georgievich, how are things going in the agro-industrial complex of the region?

– Considering the importance of the issues facing the state in ensuring food security, much attention is paid to the development of the agro-industrial complex in the Logoisk region.

In recent years, our agricultural enterprises have achieved fairly high indicators, including in crop production, despite the low soil fertility - the arable land score is 27.9. This year has been difficult. But even with the unfavorable weather conditions we encountered, a number of our enterprises received a high harvest of grain and rapeseed. Among them, we can highlight such farms as OJSC Kosino - 52.6 c/ha, as well as LLC SNB-Agro - 52.6 c/ha in terms of grain yield. In terms of rapeseed yield, SCC "Gaina" is 31.3 c/ha, JSC "Ozeritsky-Agro" is 33.5 c/ha.

Agricultural enterprises constantly update their machine and tractor fleet and purchase modern equipment. In 2023, 46 units were purchased.

In the livestock industry, production growth dynamics are also at a decent level. In 2022, milk yield per cow amounted to 6483 kg, for 11 months of 2023 - 6320 kg (+ 372 kg by 2022), and in farms such as Ozeritsky-Agro OJSC - 9444 kg (+ 902 kg by 2022 ), OJSC "Kosino" - 7838 kg (+ 485 kg by 2022). Livestock production since the beginning of the year has amounted to 105% with an average daily gain of cattle of 685 g and pigs of 640 g. This allows increasing the growth rate of income of the population engaged in agriculture.

– Which industry can be called an indicator reflecting the general economic situation in the region?

– The leading type of economic activity is industry. In this area, the volume of production of the region's enterprises for January - September 2023 in actual selling prices amounted to 360.2 million rubles, the volume of shipped products - 374.2 million rubles.

Several enterprises occupy a significant share in the industry. Thus, JLLC "Lekpharm", which works in the field of development, production and sale of medicines, with advanced certified equipment that meets the requirements of the international GMP standard, produces about 53% of all industrial products in the region. The company implemented an investment project in September 2023, thanks to which 10 new jobs will be created and production volume is expected to increase by 14 million rubles.

LLC "AMKODOR - LESMASH" holding management company" is a member of the "Amkodor" holding, is engaged in the production and sale of machines for the timber industry and produces about 11% of all industrial products. The company is implementing a project that was included in the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 - 2029 "Creation of new and expansion of existing production facilities for the production of machinery for the forestry industry." It provides for the production of new models of forestry equipment - harvester FH3061, forwarder FF1461, it is planned to create 75 new jobs. The innovative project involves the export of import-substituting products to the Russian Federation.

Also in the district there are enterprises that produce metal and plastic products for the automotive industry, polyethylene packaging products, medicines, fulfill orders for mechanical processing of parts, production and distribution of thermal energy and water.

New industries are also being created in the region. Thus, EpioHouse LLC is implementing the project “Construction of production and storage facilities, an administrative building, an artillery well, and utilities in the area of the village of Logoza.” It is planned to create 25 jobs. The enterprise will produce paint and varnish products.

District enterprises are reducing costs and increasing profitability of sales, introducing new types of equipment and technologies. The priority is the creation of knowledge-intensive, high-tech industries with energy-saving technologies, further modernization, and the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

– How are things going with the development of the construction industry in the Logoisk region? Including the construction of housing for large families?

– The construction industry plays a special role in the development of the region. For 9 months of 2023, the volume of construction and installation work amounted to 129 million rubles, or 137.7% compared to last year. Construction projects such as “Reconstruction of the state memorial complex “Khatyn””, “Construction of a trade and fair center with parking in the area of pl. March 8 in Logoisk", "Two apartment buildings on the street. Minsk in Logoisk". The following objects are under implementation: "Kindergarten-nursery for 200 places in the microdistrict "Yugo-Zapad" in Logoisk", "Motorway M-3 Minsk - Vitebsk , km 8.6 - km 89.950" III stage (reconstruction).

Other settlements of the Logoisk region are not left without attention. So, in g.p. In Pleschenitsy, the park between Oktyabrskaya and Kalinin streets is being improved; a sponsor is helping with this work. More than 2 million rubles were spent on repairing asphalt concrete surfaces of streets in populated areas. In recent years, work has been carried out throughout the Logoisk district to replace street lighting lamps with LED ones: for example, out of 5,584 lamps, 4,121 have already been replaced. Every year, about 6 thousand square meters. m. of housing is undergoing major renovations. Repairs and construction of new pedestrian connections and installation of architectural compositions are being carried out.

We attach particular importance to the construction of housing, primarily for large families. Thus, over the 11 months of 2023, 62 large families improved their living conditions through the construction of apartments or individual residential buildings. The total volume of housing commissioned amounted to more than 51 thousand square meters. m.

– The country’s leadership pays close attention to the development of the social sphere. How are things going in this regard in the Logoisk region?

– Work is underway to improve the quality and accessibility of services in the social sphere. Equipping educational institutions with modern educational equipment and teaching aids continues. Comfortable and safe conditions are created for students. In 2023 alone, seven school and preschool education facilities were repaired. By the beginning of the school year, furniture was purchased, computer classes were equipped, and security equipment and systems were installed and adjusted. 3 sports grounds and 4 gyms have been brought into compliance.

Every year the cultural sector becomes more attractive. Not only the range of services offered corresponds to a modern format, but also the premises in which cultural institutions are located. In 2023, more than 2 million rubles were allocated to strengthen their material and technical base: modern light and sound amplification equipment was purchased, turnkey repairs were carried out on the buildings of the Swabian Country Club, the Kamensk Country Club, and two buildings of the Pleschenitsa Children's Art School. By the end of the year, it is planned to renovate six more cultural institutions. We work to ensure equal opportunities for access to cultural values and leisure activities for representatives of various social groups.

The outgoing year 2023 has become productive for healthcare, both in terms of serving the population and in terms of strengthening the material base. Over the nine months of this year, repairs were made to 14 first aid stations, 6 medical outpatient clinics in the district, a clinic at the Logoisk Central District Hospital, and improvements were made to the Pleshchenitsky 2nd district hospital.

Social workers are closest to people's needs and problems. After all, the region is home to 7.2 thousand elderly citizens, 8 veterans of the Great Patriotic War and 37 people who suffered from its consequences, 2.4 thousand disabled people. This is the most vulnerable category of the population, and therefore it is necessary to pay the closest attention to it. So, in 2023 in the city. In Pleshchenitsy, a day care department was opened for elderly citizens and the disabled, including 14 disabled people and 35 elderly citizens.

Logoisk is one of the satellite cities of Minsk. This status was assigned by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

According to Alexander Lasevich, the main suppliers of milk and meat remain dairy complexes (MCC). Therefore, production growth and reduction of all types of costs for obtaining raw materials are achieved primarily on them. Thus, in the Logoisk region, comprehensive work is being carried out on the construction and technical re-equipment of the MTC. This year, the investment project “Reconstruction of the Nestanovichi-Agro dairy complex” is being implemented at OJSC “Nestanovichi-Agro”. In April, RUE “Belorusneft-Minskoblnefteprodukt” implemented an investment project at the IC “Logoisky” for the construction of a dairy complex.

The head of the district is convinced that in the long term, the current state of the agro-industrial complex of Logoyshchyna allows us to set more ambitious goals to achieve high economic and socially significant results.
