"Get a serious economic effect." Golovchenko on the implementation of the MTC construction program

September 15, Mogilev district. The program for the construction of dairy complexes is given great attention, because IT is expected to obtain a serious economic effect. Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko told reporters about this during a working visit to the Mogilev region, BELTA correspondent reports.

Roman Golovchenko touched upon the topic of modernizing dairy farming in the country. In the current and next years, for this purpose, by decree of the President, it is planned to build new dairy complexes (DTC) throughout the country - ten such facilities will appear in each region. In the Mogilev region, four new MTCs will be built in the Mogilev region, three in the Kirov region, two in Bobruisk, and one in Goretsky. The Prime Minister visited the construction of one of them at Tishovka OJSC. The facility is designed for 600 heads of dairy herd and is located near the village of Sevostyanovichi. It is being built using its own funds and credit resources. The investment project will be implemented in June 2024. It is planned to be staffed in 2025 using our own livestock.

According to Roman Golovchenko, the program for the construction of new complexes is very strict, as are the requirements of the decree itself. And this is justified - it is important that the implementation of these projects be carried out with the most responsible approach without the right to relaxation.

“The development of the decree and the approach to the program was strict: facilities must be built before the end of 2024, fully staffed with livestock and personnel within a year, and ensure a certain level of Milk production,” he noted. “In order for these projects to be effective from an economic and "They gave the necessary added value, the estimated payback period is 6-7 years. Therefore, a lot of attention is paid to this program, reconciliation for each object takes place monthly. Each of them is under control of the regional executive committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and the government."

The Prime Minister noted that one of the most difficult stages of work has now been completed: design and estimate documentation has been developed for almost all farms and passed the state examination. Of the 60 objects, 58 already have documentation, 56 have passed the examination and, accordingly, their construction has begun.

“This combines strict control with the creation of conditions, including financially attractive ones, so that all projects are implemented on time and we receive a serious economic effect in terms of high marketability of milk,” he emphasized.
