Revival of the Astrakhan Poultry Farm: Successes and Prospects of State Support

With competent management and active attraction of financial resources, it was possible not only to maintain, but also to significantly increase production volumes. The key role in this process was played by the support of the local guarantee organization that provided the surety within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship".

Thanks to the attraction of preferential loans, the Stepnaya poultry farm carried out major repairs and equipment modernization. This increased the efficiency of work and allowed to increase the number of laying hens by 78 thousand, which helped to provide the region with fresh eggs and create new jobs, contributing to the improvement of the socio-economic situation.

The factory's successes serve as an example for other entrepreneurs in the Astrakhan region, who can also take advantage of state support. The regional guarantee organization offers various programs that promote the development of small and medium businesses.

As the situation improves, Stepnaya aims to further develop, including introducing new technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs, which could positively impact processing capacity and added value.
