The absence of veterinary accompanying documents confirmed the violation. As a result, an administrative case was opened against the entrepreneur under Part 1 of Article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, concerning the violation of veterinary and sanitary rules. On July 10, Rosselkhoznadzor found the entrepreneur guilty and imposed a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles.
