If, due to violations, harm was caused to human HEALTH, environmental damage was caused, or an epidemic or epizootic occurred, officials will be fined 60 thousand rubles, the maximum fine for individual entrepreneurs in this case will be 90 thousand rubles, legal entities face a penalty of 500 thousand to 600 thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days.

Since March last year, Russian livestock farmers have had the opportunity to classify manure and droppings as by-products of livestock farming. The adoption of such a decision should be reported to the territorial department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR at the location of the production site, and the necessary conditions for storage and processing of by-products should be provided.
