New lawsuit of Ivanovo poultry farm against Soyuz-5: details and possible consequences

According to the documents, Soyuz-5's debt was formed due to the failure to fulfill obligations under the supply agreement concluded on July 17, 2023. The principal debt is 5,389,600 rubles, to which is added interest in the amount of 213,336.79 rubles, accumulated for the period from July 15 to September 27, 2024. The claim states that Soyuz-5 will be obliged to pay interest on the collected amount in accordance with the key rate in effect during the relevant periods.

This lawsuit is of great importance for both Ivanovskaya Poultry Farm and Soyuz-5. A successful outcome could strengthen the former's position in the market and demonstrate the company's reliability. At the same time, failure to repay the debt could negatively affect Soyuz-5's financial condition and reputation, complicating future business operations.
