Employees of the Moskovsky District Department of Internal Affairs identified the Minsk resident who was drinking alcohol in a subway car. Videos featuring the man were published on various Telegram channels.

The violator turned out to be a 28-year-old Minsk resident. Previously, the man was repeatedly brought to administrative and criminal liability. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the citizen under Articles 19.3 and 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus .
