After waking up a friend, the young man asked him to take the driver's seat and handed him the keys. He, having lost control, rammed a foreign car parked nearby. The young people were not hurt.

Arriving at the scene of the accident, employees found that both minors at the time of the incident were in a state of intoxication. According to the results of the examination, they found 0.60 ppm and 1.42 ppm. Both did not have the right to drive vehicles. Administrative materials have been drawn up for teenagers.
