March 27, Minsk. In Grodno, a woman stabbed a neighbor after a quarrel. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee.

Line 102 received a report of a stab wound along Repin Street. Arriving law enforcement officers and medical workers found a man with a wound in the abdominal cavity. He said that, together with a neighbor from the ninth floor, he drank alcoholic beverages in the entrance. At some point, there was a conflict between them, after which the woman stabbed the man in the stomach.

Police officers found the 46-year-old suspect on the balcony of her own apartment. This is where the woman tried to hide. It is noted that she had previously been prosecuted.

Law enforcement officers also found out that after the incident, the wounded man independently got to his apartment on the first floor, where he went to bed. His elderly mother called an ambulance.

A criminal case has been initiated for causing grievous bodily harm.
