June 27, MINSK. Stable hot weather has settled in Belarus. Forecasters predict temperatures up to +30°C in places across the country. In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has issued small recommendations that will help maintain your HEALTH during high temperatures, BelTA informs.
In particular, specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus recommend that citizens drink more fluids and, if possible, avoid being in the sun for a long time. In addition, it is necessary to wear a hat when going outside to avoid heat stroke.
Among other things, the heat can cause an increase in accidents in railway transport due to rail deformation. There is also a high risk of fires.
Citizens should also be careful when swimming: avoid water bodies that are not intended for swimming and in no case drink alcoholic beverages in the heat before going into the water. Take care of yourself!
