In the Novosibirsk region, a power transmission line and a transformer substation were built under the program for the integrated development of the village

In the Novosibirsk Region, one of the ten projects in 2021 implemented in the region as part of the program for the integrated development of rural areas has been fully completed. More than two and a half thousand citizens living in the city of Toguchin became beneficiaries from the implementation of the project.

So, in 2021, a transformer substation and 5.7 km of power lines (0.4 kV, 10 kV) were built and already put into operation along Kazakov, Gerber and Pokryshkin streets. In addition, the project, initiated by the residents of the settlement, included the provision of vehicles for two local cultural institutions: buses were purchased for the transportation of creative teams of the MKUK "City CDC" and the MBUK of the Toguchinsky district "Toguchinskiy CDC".

“More than 16 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the project, of which most of them - 15.4 million - at the expense of the federal budget. The beneficiaries from the implementation of the project were two and a half thousand residents of the Yuzhny microdistrict of the city of Toguchin, as well as resource-supplying organizations, social security organizations, cultural and leisure institutions, and creative teams of the city,” said Evgeny Leshchenko, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region.

According to the minister, this is the first project of 2021, which is currently fully implemented. The remaining nine projects are in various, including a very high degree of readiness.
“Our region is the leader in the number of projects for the integrated development of rural areas that have received federal co-financing,” recalled Evgeny Leshchenko. - In the direction "Modern appearance of rural areas" in 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA supported ten projects in the Novosibirsk Region."

At the federal level, the program for the integrated development of rural areas was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 31, 2019 No. 696. The federal program includes eight areas, six of which are implemented with the participation of regions and municipalities: “The modern look of rural areas”, “Development of transport infrastructure in Rural Territories”, “Development of Engineering Infrastructure in Rural Territories”, “Improvement of Rural Territories”, “Promoting Employment of the Rural Population”, “Development of Housing Construction in Rural Territories and Increasing the Level of Improvement of Households”.

To ensure the implementation of the federal program in the Novosibirsk Region, a regional program for the integrated development of rural areas was developed and approved (Decree of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region dated December 31, 2019 No. 525-p).
