The Government of Chuvashia has decided to expand the list of recipients of subsidies for the construction and reconstruction of hop trellises

The corresponding decree was signed by the HEAD of Chuvashia Oleg Nikolaev.
Now, not only agricultural producers , but also investors, namely Russian organizations registered in the Republic and constructing hop plantations in the region, will be able to secure support from the republican budget for
the construction and reconstruction of hop trellises. “Previously, only farmers could apply for reimbursement of costs for the construction and reconstruction of hop trellises. it would seem logical, but this slowed down many initiatives of investors who, in the first years of planting hops and constructing trellises, could not be registered as agricultural producers. Now this issue has been resolved, and we are ready to support business in the countryside from the very first steps,” the Deputy Prime Minister shared.Minister of Agriculture of Chuvashia Sergey Artamonov.
Also, the Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Chuvashia noted that in the near future, following the results of the business program of the festival "Green Gold of Russia", it is planned to revise the compensation rates for this measure of state support.
At the moment, hop growers are refunded up to 800 thousand rubles per hectare for the construction of trellises, but no more than 40% of the total amount of work. It is planned that the amount will almost double - up to 1.3 million rubles per hectare. The corresponding draft Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Chuvashia is already being developed by specialists.
