The best operator of machine milking cows was determined in the Penza region. The competition of professional skill "The Best in Profession" was held in the Gorodishchensky district of the Penza region on the basis of the peasant farm of Nikolai Parshin.

The best operators of machine milking farms in the region competed for the title of a professional in their field. The work of the competition was opened by the Acting First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Penza Region Eduard Katashov.

“Today, the best representatives of the specialty will demonstrate their theoretical knowledge, show practical skills, compete in knowledge, professionalism, and skill. Today I wish everyone good luck and victory,” Eduard Katashov opened the work of the trade union competition.

In the first part of the event, the contestants solved test tasks that were devoted to the physiology of milk formation and milk flow, hygiene of cows and premises, installation and operation of milking equipment, obtaining high quality milk, and safety precautions.

The contestants demonstrated practical knowledge by directly performing tasks on machine milking of cows, which included the disassembly and assembly of milking equipment, the process of milking cows, taking into account sanitary preparation.

The performance of tasks was evaluated by the competition commission. Based on the results, the winners were determined. The first place was taken by the operator of machine milking of cows of KFH Parshina N.A. Gorodishchensky district Alexander Arapov, the second place - the operator of machine milking of cows of KFH Klochkova R.A. Pachelma district Yulia Panova, the third place according to the results of the competition was taken by Tatyana Reznichenko, the operator of machine milking of cows of JSC “Uchhoz “Ramsay” PGSHA” of the Mokshansky district of the Penza region.

Acting First Deputy Minister Eduard Katashov congratulated the winners on a well-deserved victory and thanked all the contestants for their active participation, professionalism and high preparation.
