In Bashkiria, the average salary in small and medium-sized settlements in 2021 amounted to 36.1 thousand rubles. This is 35% less than the average wages in large cities of the republic, in particular, in Ufa. At the same time, over the year, compared to 2020, average payments in small towns and villages in the Republic of Belarus increased by 9%. In terms of the ratio of wages to a fixed set of goods and services, the republic is in 36th place among the regions - the ratio is 2.21, RIA Rating reports.

The highest salaries are received by residents of small and medium-sized settlements in Chukotka - an average of 110.5 thousand rubles. after taxes. In second place is the Magadan region - 103.5 thousand rubles, in the third line is the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YaNAO) - 103.3 thousand rubles.

But in relation to the average salary to the cost of a fixed set of goods and services, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is in first place - residents of the region can purchase 4.79 conventional food baskets for an average salary. In second place is the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where the average salary is 96.2 thousand rubles, and the ratio is 4.39. The top three is closed by the Magadan region, whose residents can buy 4.2 conditional food baskets with their wages.

Chechnya turned out to be the region with the lowest wages in small and medium-sized towns. There, residents outside of Grozny and other large cities receive an average of 23.9 thousand rubles, which can buy 1.43 fixed sets of goods and services. In second place from the end is the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, in third is Dagestan. Salaries in these regions are about 25 thousand rubles.

The rating was compiled on the basis of Rosstat data on salaries at medium and large enterprises for 2021. The values ​​of average wages for each region were divided by the cost of a fixed set of goods and services. The resulting ratio determines the place of the region in the ranking.
