
The Italian authorities "within a few weeks" will decide whether to introduce mandatory vaccination of the population, said the HEAD of the country's Ministry of HEALTH, Roberto Speranza, in an interview with Correre della Sera.
“The virus is still there, it is strong and spreading. Either we are reinforcing vaccination measures again, or we will have to resort at some point to the measures that we have used in the past,” the minister added.

According to him, the government will not stop at such a decision if it is necessary to protect the right to health and to avoid new restrictions.
