
In the Perm Territory, due to the growing incidence of covid-19 , they continue to increase the number of beds for patients. In two weeks, the number of beds for those infected with CORONAVIRUS has increased by a quarter and amounted to 905 units. Of these, 495 are repurposed non-infectious beds, RBC Perm was told in the press service of the Ministry of HEALTH.
In September, the high incidence of coronavirus infection remains in the Perm Territory. Every day, from 25 to 124 people are sent to medical institutions in the region for treatment.
Two weeks ago, the department reported that in the region, due to an increase in the incidence of covid in the Perm Territory, the regional Ministry of Health again began to repurpose beds for patients with coronavirus.
In total, 715 beds were deployed in the region as of September 14. This number includes both infectious beds, which have been treating patients with COVID-19 since July 25, and newly deployed beds in non-infectious wards in some medical institutions. In non-infectious departments, the number of beds was 337 (one and a half times less than as of September 27).
