The authorities of the Moscow region have launched a loyalty program for medical workers, according to which doctors will receive bonuses if they attract new specialists to work in the healthcare system. This was announced during the annual appeal by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov, a fragment of the speech was published in his TELEGRAM channel.

“This year we launched a new “Bring a Friend” program — any healthcare worker will receive a one-time payment for a new specialist involved in the HEALTH care system of the Moscow Region. He brought a person - he received from 30 to 50 thousand, depending on the salary of the specialist he invited to work, ”he wrote.

In the Moscow Region, since the spring of 2020, a decree has been in force on incentive payments for doctors working with patients with COVID, as well as those who are suspected of having it.

For special working conditions and additional workload, doctors are paid up to 50 thousand rubles, nurses (paramedic, nurse and medical registrar) - up to 30 thousand rubles, junior medical staff - up to 10 thousand rubles. taking into account the actual hours worked based on the monthly norm of working hours.
