Less than 3,000 cases of COVID detected in Perm Territory per day

Over the past day in the Perm region, CORONAVIRUS infection was detected in 2,998 people. Of these, 573 are children. Of the new patients, 322 are vaccinated. In terms of the daily increase in covid cases, the region ranks 7th among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

During the day , 11 people died from covid-19 . During the entire period of the pandemic in the region, 8,377 patients died from coronavirus. The total number of infected in the Perm Territory has reached 323,652

. To date, in the Perm Territory, 305 patients are in serious condition in hospitals repurposed for treatment from COVID-19, 103 are connected to ventilators. Among the severe patients, 12 were vaccinated. The share of available beds is 30.5%.

According to the Ministry of HEALTH of the Perm Territory, since the beginning of mass vaccination in the region, more than 1.4 million residents of the region have been vaccinated with the first component. Of these, 1.35 million have completed the course of immunization - they received the first and second components.
