The city authorities do not plan to announce any new business support measures due to new restrictions introduced in connection with the increase in the incidence of CORONAVIRUS infection. This was reported to TASS by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

“Restrictions are introduced for only a week, so additional support measures are not planned yet,” the deputy mayor said.

On June 12, more than 6.7 thousand new cases were detected in Moscow per day, the next day - 7.7 thousand. These are the maximum figures since the end of December last year. The occupancy of coronavirus beds in the capital's hospitals has reached 78%, the authorities have begun to introduce additional beds in hospitals.

Against the backdrop of an increase in the incidence, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin declared the period from June 15 to 19 non-working days with pay, thus extending the weekend from June 12 to 20.
