The Ministry of Health has allowed the issuance of QR codes based on the results of a test for antibodies to coronavirus. Changes to the COVID certificate form will come into effect on February 21st. The QR code will be valid for six months from the date of receipt of the test results. “Reissuance of a certificate based on the results of an antibody test is not provided,” RBC was told in the press service of the Ministry of Health. The minimum threshold for antibodies has not been established; their presence is sufficient.
