It's about cancellation:

enhanced disinfection regime in catering establishments and shops; mandatory medical supervision of Chinese citizens or those returning from there; mandatory testing for COVID-19 for residents of the Amur Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Khabarovsk, Primorsky and Trans-Baikal Territories; conducting laboratory tests for coronavirus for people who came from Europe who came with symptoms of a cold.

In addition, the Ministry of Health no longer needs to have enough consumables that are needed to conduct laboratory tests for COVID-19, disinfectants and personal protective equipment for staff.

Also canceled the decision, according to which the regions could independently establish a ban on holding mass events. However, this does not mean that such a ban has been lifted: the measure is still at the discretion of the subjects themselves, since the decree of President Vladimir Putin is in force. In April 2020, he gave governors additional powers: the heads of regions can introduce restrictive measures on their own, based on the situation on the ground.

Most of the restrictions imposed in connection with the pandemic were lifted by Rospotrebnadzor in July 2022. Then, including canceled the mask mode and the ban on catering at night. Last May, the World Health Organization declared the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
