Users of the public services website encountered a problem when registering for vaccination remotely. The site gives an error and refers to failures in the "operation of information systems of the Ministry of HEALTH." The Ministry of Digital Development stated

Users had difficulty registering for vaccination through the Gosuslugi portal, RBC correspondents were convinced. When trying to sign up for vaccination, the portal showed a notification: “There are periodic failures in the operation of the information systems of the Ministry of Health of RUSSIA, errors may occur when making an appointment with a DOCTOR and for vaccination.” The second message on the portal prompted the user to file a complaint.

Problems with remote recording in Moscow also arose at the doctor's appointment. “In the region you have chosen, the service “Make an appointment with a doctor” is temporarily unavailable,” it was said on the website of public services.
