The process of issuing permits for the EXPORT of Paraguayan beef to the Japanese market continues to progress following confirmation from Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) that an audit will be conducted in Paraguay as part of the risk assessment process to achieve sanitary equivalence.
Following the announcement of the audit by the demanding Japanese market, Martin noted that this progress represents a very significant achievement.
"We have been working for some time to enter the demanding Japanese market with another high-quality domestic product, such as beef," he emphasized.
