Trade House "Kremlyovsky" has achieved compensation from "Anzhersky sausages"

In February, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Trading House “Kremlevskiy”” filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region against LLC “Anzherskiye Kolbasy”. This week, the court approved a settlement agreement between the parties, obliging the defendant to pay compensation and no longer use the trademark. 

In addition, the Novosibirsk company must reimburse travel expenses and money spent by an authorized person of the exclusive right holder for the test purchase of two samples of the disputed products in the amount of 34.6 thousand rubles.
