Tambov region increased export of meat and offal by 42%

In the period from January to April 2021, the Tambov region exported products worth $83 million. Specialists analyzed the export of meat and offal relative to the same period in 2020.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Tambov region ranks fifth in the Central Federal District. For four months since the beginning of the year, it has exported grain worth $34 million, meat products - $22 million, and other agricultural products worth $11 million. The oil and fat industry was sent abroad for 6 million, and food and processing industry products - for 10 million in US currency.
