Since the beginning of August, 1,120 violations have been identified in the Moscow region when issuing veterinary accompanying documents

The main violations were:

- discrepancy between the volume of raw materials and the volume of manufactured products.

So Poleznye produkty LLC (Moscow region) has developed dairy products (yogurt soufflé weighing 20.58 kg) from a milk-containing product with a milk fat substitute in the amount of 0.165 kg and liquid egg melange in the amount of 0.37 kg. The weight of finished products exceeded the weight of raw materials by 38 times;

- non-compliance of the type of raw materials with the type of manufactured products.

So, Karp and Ducks LLC ( Moscow ) from 20 kg of ultra-pasteurized drinking milk produced 46 kg of turkey cutlets with buckwheat, from 2 kg of Cheddar cheese and 10 kg of sterilized cream - 70 kg of turkey strips;

- lack of raw materials in the production of products.

So, OOO TD "Ferelgam" (Moscow region) without specifying raw materials produced 4 tons of Suluguni cheese;

- increasing the shelf life of products.

So, IP Harutyunyan L.K. (Moscow region) from CB breast fillet with a shelf life of up to 11/17/2023, products of CB breast fillet have been developed with a shelf life of up to 01/26/2024;

- cancellation of eVSD issued on paper.

Thus, at the enterprises of the Moscow Region LLC “Dom Sousov”, LLC “Pyat Khlebov”, LLC “Regle”, authorized persons systematically canceled eVSD issued on paper (in such cases, it is impossible to determine the origin of products). Further, production certificates were issued for the products. Thus, Pyat Khlebov LLC put into circulation 174 tons of dairy, meat, fish and egg products, Dom Sousov LLC - 269 tons of meat products, and Regle LLC - 133 tons of meat, dairy and fish products. These enterprises have signs of phantomism. The Rosselkhoznadzor Department is taking measures to confirm the activities of the above enterprises.

Based on the results of control measures without interaction, information about the identified violations was sent to the authorized persons of economic entities through the FSIS “VetIS.Passport”, registration of 5 was suspended and 6 authorized persons of economic entities were canceled.

On violations committed by veterinary specialists, letters were sent to the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation authorized in the field of veterinary medicine, for taking action.

Also, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor announced 57 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation.
