"Privolzhsky sausages" collected a debt from the company "SarProdTrade"

The Arbitration COURT of Chuvashia satisfied the claim of the Cheboksary meat-packing plant "Privolzhskie kolbasy" for the recovery of debt from LLC "SarProdTrade".

According to the court decision, the supplier of pork will have to pay 3.232 million rubles, transferred on an advance payment, and 73.4 thousand rubles of interest for the use of funds for the period from November 12, 2021 to February 15, 2022.

The lawsuit was filed in early December 2021 , after Privolzhskiye Kolbasy LLC received only part of the batch of raw materials ordered from the Saratov trade and production company. Deliveries were terminated due to the detection of the African swine fever virus in MEAT samples produced by APK AgroFood LLC (Gubkin, Belgorod Region). As part of the transaction, SarProdTrade LLC acted as a supplier.

Part of the products of the meat-packing plant "Privolzhsky sausages" also turned out to be infected with the ASF virus . As a result, about 1.4 tons of sausages were destroyed. The company was compensated for economic damage at the rate of 404 rubles per kilogram. The production quarantine was lifted on November 19, 2021.
