Sale of meat processing plants near Moscow and Kursk began in autumn

In the fall, several meat processing plants were put up for sale one after another in the Moscow region and the Kursk region. The author of the review connects this phenomenon with the threat of the spread of the African swine fever virus, including with infected raw materials.

In mid-September, Sberbank put up for auction the Mortadel meat processing plant in the Pushkinsky district of the Moscow region for 733.6 million rubles: a property complex with an area of ​​21,000 m², located on a land plot of 4.2 hectares. Applications are accepted until October 25th. The auction will take place on the electronic trading platform of the interregional trading system (ETP METS). 

On September 20, the Aspire business sale agency through Avito offered to purchase a fully automated meat processing plant with a full production cycle in Moscow. In addition to production facilities, the company owns a fleet of vehicles for 73 cars, a chain of stores and two catering outlets (a restaurant and a cafeteria). For all tangible and intangible assets, including the base of suppliers and customers, the broker asks for 550 million rubles.

In early October, in the same place, on Avito, an announcement appeared on the sale of an operating meat processing plant located 67 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road (the village of Novoshchapovo, Klinsky district, Moscow region). The buyer has the opportunity to purchase a two-story production building with an area of ​​4.25 thousand m² on his own plot of 8.74 thousand m² for 430 million rubles. German equipment is installed in the workshops, which ensures the production of up to 15 tons of products per shift. The assortment includes 40 items: semi-finished meat products and sausages.

Last Monday, October 4, applications were accepted for repeated auctions for the sale of an asset of the Global Eco holding - ZAO Agrofirma Lyubimovskaya , which will continue until October 23. Applicants are offered two lots. The first included the right to lease a land plot with an area of ​​123.4 thousand m², buildings, a pig population, a veterinary laboratory, and auxiliary infrastructure facilities. The second lot for the auction is accounts receivable. The auction will be held at the ETP METS on the principle of an open offer: every five days the starting price of 594.42 million rubles will be reduced by 5%. The cut-off price is 409.43 million rubles.
