According to the design diagram of the facility, a slaughtering station will be located on the ground floor, and finished products in a volume of up to 150 tons will be stored in freezers. Production will be waste-free. There are also intentions to produce semi-finished products frozen in dough, stamped cutlets, national products (buza, khinkali, etc.).

It is planned to produce a kebab group for cafes and restaurants, including chilled portioned semi-finished products.

Agricultural production complex "Dyesegey" is part of the "NHZ-group" group of companies, currently has more than 2 thousand heads of horses, the rest of the meat for production will be purchased from farms and the population. "NHZ-group" has an extensive trading base, which means that the meat processing plant's products will also be distributed widely throughout the supply chain.
