Komos Group proposes to create a unified information space to control the movement of agricultural products “from field to counter”

He recalled that the country already has many food control systems in place, including “Honest Sign”, “Mercury” and other systems. Already, preparing documents for accounting in these systems takes a lot of time and effort, and also requires the involvement of a large number of employees. In addition, it is expected that additional control measures will be introduced over the industry: the GIS “Russian Transport” will be introduced, the operation of the “Honest Sign” will be expanded, and an animal registration system will begin to operate.

To simplify the work of both producers and supervisory authorities, Komos Group proposes to create a working group with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture and other departments to develop a pilot site for testing and debugging all processes along the entire chain of product movement from field to counter.

It is also proposed to expand the electronic document management protocol with documents on the movement and production of goods. As a result, a platform can be created that will allow all departments to see the full picture of the industry, receive more analytics on different industries and understand their development more clearly. Ultimately, such a platform will reduce the administrative burden on business , and government agencies will be able to redirect some of their IT specialists to solve new problems, Alexander Piskarev is convinced.
