This year the exhibition attracted 861 companies, which is 46.7% more than last year. Most of the exposition, 593 participants, are Russian companies. The significant participation of domestic companies reflects the import substitution strategy and clearly demonstrates that over the past two years, Russian manufacturers have managed to replace the majority of manufacturers who left the market.

On an area of over 66,000 sq. m gross, not only the best Russian developments were demonstrated, but also products of foreign manufacturers from Austria, Belgium, Germany, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, CHINA, Lithuania, the Netherlands , Poland, the Republic of Belarus , the Republic of Korea , Serbia, the usa , Turkey, Uzbekistan , Czech Republic, Switzerland.

At Agroprodmash-2023, the number of collective regional expositions increased again compared to last year. Regional stands brought together manufacturers from the Altai, Krasnodar Territories, Omsk, Penza, Tver, Tula, and Yaroslavl regions. For the first time, Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod regions took part in the format of collective exhibitions.

For many years, leading Russian manufacturers have tried to reduce their dependence on imports for key components by investing in their own production. Participants of the Agroprodmash-2023 exhibition noted a significant increase in interest in domestic developments.

The 25 exhibition salons presented the entire technological production cycle - from ingredients and equipment for processing raw materials to the release of the finished product, its packaging and cooling; considerable attention was paid to automation and robotization of production.

This year, all exhibition salons have expanded their exhibition areas, and some have changed their location. Thus, packaging equipment and materials returned to pavilion No. 1, where the salon was located before the pandemic. For the first time, confectionery and baking equipment was located in the Forum pavilion. Two pavilions were required to present an extensive, varied display of ingredients - No. 3 and 7. This year, the APM Sanitation and Hygiene salon broke all records for the exhibition area, which almost tripled. The number of participants reached 50 companies.

Much attention was attracted by the exposition of pavilion No. 8, where the salons “APM FruitProm”, “APM MolTech”, “APM Bottling”, “APM Drinks”, “APM Ice Cream”, “APM Kit” were located. A large number of premieres awaited visitors - both new equipment and new companies. In terms of exhibition area, the APM Moltech and APM Rozliv salons exceeded the level of 2019, presenting 95 exhibitors from 8 countries.
