Investigation into the brutal murder of a man in Molodechno completed

June 9, MINSK. The department of the Investigative Committee for the Minsk region has completed the investigation of a criminal case on the brutal murder of a man, BelTA learned from the UK.

"According to the investigation, on the eve of the incident, the father and son were drinking ALCOHOL. There was a conflict between the men. Scandals had happened before, for years they complicated the already difficult relationships in the family. On the fateful day of February 15, the relatives quarreled again. The father began to insult his son, threatening with a wooden leg from the table. The guy took her and began to severely beat his father. After the conflict, the person involved went into the room and returned only in the morning. He informed his mother about the death of his father by phone, and after her arrival - to the ambulance staff, "the UK said.

According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, the death of a 56-year-old man was caused by combined blunt trauma to the HEAD, trunk and extremities, complicated by traumatic shock with blood loss. The revealed bodily injuries could be formed from at least 46 traumatic impacts.

The actions of the accused are qualified under paragraph 6 of Part 2 of Art. 139 (murder committed with particular cruelty) of the Criminal Code. Previously, he was convicted twice, repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for committing offenses related to domestic violence. During the commission of the crime, the man was in a state of intoxication (2.2 ppm). A measure of restraint in the form of detention was applied against him.
