New car shops have entered routes in three districts of the Minsk region

August 7, MINSK . In three districts of the Minsk region, new car shops have entered the routes. A BELTA correspondent was told about this at the main department of trade and services of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
In the Minsk region, measures are being taken to create additional conditions for the further development of trade infrastructure in rural areas, including the involvement of utility organizations, agricultural and other organizations with an existing infrastructure of retail facilities in servicing, by organizing the work of mobile retail facilities (car shops).


“Since the end of July - beginning of August of this year, three new mobile auto shops have been organized in the Dzerzhinsky, Myadel and Vileysky districts. In the future, the Stolbtsovsky district will be added. The acquisition of auto stores is carried out both from the regional budget and from the enterprises’ own funds,” they said in the main department of trade and services of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
New auto shops are equipped with a place for a salesperson with a service window, stationary refrigeration equipment (including a room for chilled products), a washbasin with heated water, a separate van air conditioner, a generator with batteries to ensure the operation of refrigerators (at stops), and autonomous pre-heaters for the cab and a van, racks for storing goods. There is also the possibility of retrofitting the auto store, in particular, it is planned to install GPS navigators. "A modern auto store in this assembly can be compared with a classic retail facility. Thanks to the existing equipment, it is possible to sell various groups of goods, including frozen and refrigerated products, while respecting the product proximity, as well as providing a sufficiently wide range of goods (bakery and confectionery products, dairy and MEAT products, groceries, soft drinks, fruits and vegetables, etc. ), which will ensure its availability throughout the entire route,” explained the main department.

An important point: villagers can pre-order necessary goods.
“The number of settlements served, as a rule, is about 10-20. Routes and schedules are determined for auto shops, each of them is individual. Auto shops operate 5-6 days a week. In the summer season, the schedules of the generated routes are adjusted taking into account gardening partnerships,” - noted at the headquarters.
It is also necessary to emphasize that in order to support business entities operating in rural areas, within the framework of the decree of February 2, 2024of the year No. 42 “On amending the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus”, the Minsk Regional Council of Deputies adopted a decision that determined the lists of settlements and territories outside settlements, when carrying out activities in the territories of which a business entity has the right to use the benefits provided for by this document.
