Harvesting grain crops in the Stavropol region has taken a high pace. Farmers threshed the first million tons of grain. 14.9% of the area of ​​grain crops was harvested, which is 332.3 thousand hectares.
The leaders in terms of yield are traditionally Kochubeevsky district - 68.4 c / ha, Krasnogvardeisky - 66 c / ha, Izobilnensky - 63.4 c / ha.
Sovetsky and Neftekumsky districts are in the lead in terms of cleaning rates, more than 40% of the planned area has already been cleaned there.
Despite an abundance of rain at the end of the first month of summer, the harvesting campaign is progressing on schedule and ahead of last year. The yield on the edge is 32.2 q/ha.
In addition, agricultural producersstarted harvesting rapeseed. The crop was harvested from an area of ​​606 hectares, 1.1 thousand tons were harvested with an average yield of 18.9 q/ha.
“The agro-industrial complex of the region is provided with everything necessary for harvesting. We expect to get a decent harvest this year,” Minister Sergei Izmalkov noted.
