Young specialists of the agro-industrial complex of the Vologda region can count on state support

The Department of Agriculture and Food Resources has started accepting documents from students and newly employed specialists.
According to the law of the Vologda Oblast “On measures of social support aimed at staffing the agro-industrial complex of the region”, a lump sum payment is available to citizens under the age of 35 who have completed their studies and joined the ranks of labor collectives within one year. Having received a payment of half a million rubles, employees must work at an enterprise in the sphere for at least five years.
“In January 2022, funds have already been received by five specialists working at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Sheksninsky, Gryazovetsky, Kirillovsky and Vologda regions,” the Department explained.
it also continues to provide monthly cash payments in the amount of four thousand rubles to students receiving higher education in the specialties "animal science", "veterinary medicine", "agroengineering", "agronomy". Among the conditions - full-time education and the obligation to work for at least three years in organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Vologda region.
For January 2021, the payment was transferred to 39 students in the amount of 156 thousand rubles. Veterinary medicine is the most demanded area of ​​training among target students - 20 students, agroengineering is in second place - 10 students.
