
Farmers make a significant contribution to agricultural production. The state supports the initiative of citizens who have decided to connect their lives with agriculture. Pomegranate support for small businesses in the Stavropol Territory has been carried out since 2012 and is provided for in a number of areas that are suitable for both experienced agricultural producers and novice farmers.
The focus of the agrarian department is constant interaction and the provision of comprehensive support to peasant (farm) enterprises. It was for this purpose that Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory Viktor Fetisov visited the Kochubeevsky municipal district. As part of a working trip, the Deputy Minister visited peasant (farm) enterprises that received grant support in 2017-2019 in areas for the development of family livestock farms and Agrostartup.
One of the first points was the farm of Alexander Frolov, who runs the berry business. In 2019, the farmer became a grantee in the direction of "Agrostartup" (state support is provided as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiative") and for the second year in a row has been harvesting fragrant and environmentally friendly berries: blueberries, atypical for the Stavropol region, blackberries and raspberries.
Also in the district, 5 peasant (farmer) households are actively developing, engaged in animal husbandry and receiving grant support for the development of family farms.
The Deputy Minister of the Agrarian Department visited the farm of the IP of the head of the K (F) X Dionysus Kesov, where the livestock is 611 head of the meat direction of productivity, including 391 cows. For the first six months of this year, the farm has already received 240 calves, sold 13.6 tons of meat. Employed 8 villagers.
Next, Viktor Vladimirovich visited the family farm of the IP of the head of the K (F) X, Yulia Borovok. At the expense of the grant received in 2019, she reconstructed the buildings, the warehouse, purchased the necessary equipment and black-and-white breeding stock. For 6 months of 2022, the farm received 381 tons of milk, the products were successfully sold on the territory of our region.
At the same time, the individual entrepreneur Serazhudin Yarokhmedov, head of the K(F)X, also staked on the development of dairy farming. At the expense of a grant for the development of a family farm (state support is provided within the framework of the implementation of the state program of the Stavropol Territory "Development of Agriculture"), the farmer acquired a number of cows, the necessary dairy equipment and machinery, and reconstructed a barn. Its result for the first half of this year was 63 calves and the production of 242 tons of milk. In addition, another family dairy farm is developing in the Kochubeevsky district - the IE of the head of the K (F) X Kasbulat Akaev. At the time of visiting the livestock point, the number of cattle was 228 heads, including 152 cows. For 6 months of 2022, 318.6 tons of milk were produced.
Another recipient of grant support in previous years is the livestock breeder, IP head of the K (F) X Gasbula Islamov, for whom state support has become a significant help in conducting agribusiness, managed to acquire breeding black-and-white heifers, reconstruct the building, and purchase the missing equipment.

This includes consultations, field meetings and, of course, state support, today it is represented by a wide range of areas that allow developing in all sectors of agriculture, modernizing farms, reaching a new level of production and sales. This level of support from the state and the region imposes a huge responsibility on our department: every ruble of budgetary funds must reach the most progressive and conscientious representatives of Stavropol farming. That is why it is especially important for us not only to provide state support, but to accompany farmers as their projects are implemented,
Support for small enterprises in the Stavropol Territory is provided in the following areas: a grant for the development of a family farm, a grant for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives, a grant from Agrostartup, a subsidy for reimbursement of part of the costs of agricultural consumer cooperatives, a grant from Agrotourism. Since 2012, 832 farms have used them, including 537 beginning farmers, 222 family farms, 73 farms, as well as 21 agricultural consumer cooperatives, received the Agrostartup grant, one farm will develop agricultural tourism with state support this year.
