The number of participants in mass indoor events in RUSSIA is allowed to increase up to 70% in the presence of QR codes. The corresponding resolution of the HEAD of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova came into force on November 15.

According to the ruling:

the number of participants in the event is calculated based on the design capacity of the indoor space; Not only the guests, but also the employees of the event should have QR codes about vaccination or past illness; the organizer must send an application for holding the event to the executive authorities of the region. The decision to conduct it should be made by local authorities in consultation with the chief sanitary DOCTOR.
