For interregional trips in Ukraine, from October 21, you will need to present a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test result for coronavirus, the Ministry of HEALTH said in a statement.

Interregional travel will also be allowed for those who have received a single dose of the two-component coronavirus vaccine, have a certificate of covid-19, or have passed a rapid test. If this is a certificate of vaccination, then it must be passed with a drug that has been approved by the World Health Organization. The WHO has not yet approved the Russian vaccine Sputnik V.

Both drivers and passengers will have to provide these documents. Carriers will ensure compliance with the rules.

The restriction will affect travel between regions with a yellow, orange or red level of epidemiological danger and will be valid for interregional transportation by buses, planes and trains, both regular and irregular.
