Shopping centers in the Tyumen region resume work on November 8, after the lockdown, which was introduced by Governor Alexander Moor. They will be allowed into retail facilities using QR codes, the operational headquarters of the region reported.

“Shopping and entertainment centers, shopping malls, shopping malls, shopping malls of a large area will be able to receive visitors with QR codes confirming vaccination against COVID-19,” the headquarters said.

Retail and entertainment facilities will operate in five cities of the region: 52 in Tyumen, 6 in Tobolsk, 3 in Ishim, 2 in Yalutorovsk, 3 in Zavodoukovsk.

The headquarters added that cultural and sports organizations, including theaters, cinemas, concert halls, fitness centers and sports clubs, will also work using the QR code system.

It should be noted that one of the construction hypermarkets on the Tobolsk tract is allowed to trade under the new system, this is due to the large area of the facility.
