We remind you that the Linniks became the direct owners of ABH Miratorg LLC only in August 2022. Previously, they managed the holding through the company Agromir Ltd., registered about 18 years ago in Cyprus. In October last year, a specially established company was transferred to it ( SPV) Miratorg Finance LLC and Miratorg Genetika LLC, established in 2008. Initially, the Cypriot Troyen Ltd. (Troyen LLC) was listed as the owner of both subsidiaries.

Now ABH Miratorg LLC directly controls about 30 companies that are part of the structure of the corporation in different regions. In a commentary on the merger of assets, the press center of the vertically integrated holding noted that it contributes to improving the quality of management.
