15 declarations of conformity for meat and dairy products terminated in the Irkutsk region

The State Inspector of Veterinary Supervision established that the declaration of dairy products (butter “Traditional” with a fat content of 82.5%, “Krestyanskoye” with a fat content of 72.5%, “Amateur” with a fat content of 80%) was carried out by an economic entity in the so-called “phantom laboratory”. In accordance with the data of the website of the Federal Agency for Accreditation of the Russian Federation, the testing laboratory "International Standard" is not registered in the register of accredited persons, and does not carry out activities at the specified address. Thus, the declaration of conformity contains false data, and the laboratory is phantom.

The Office of Rosselkhoznadzor issued a warning to the manufacturer for violating the technical regulation TR TS 033/2013 “On the safety of milk and dairy products”. It was also decided to invalidate the declaration for dairy products.

Since the beginning of 2023, state inspectors of the supervisory agency have invalidated 15 declarations of conformity for products that are under the control of veterinary supervision.
